New R/C Zone Returns Policy

 
  1. All Items must be unopened and still in original packaging!
  2. Exchange or store credit only and only within 30 days of original purchase.
  3. No product returns after it has been used. Period...
  4. No exceptions to item 3 above!!!
  

 

Purely at the discretion of R/C Zone, we may elect to (as a courtesy to the customer)
 accept and exchange a product due to a warranty issue but this is by no means required of us.
We will do this only with prior approval of the distributor where the product was acquired.
